Training like an Athlete
I'm passionate about guiding individuals towards reclaiming their innate physical capabilities, regardless of their starting point. For those new to fitness, I understand the anxiety that often accompanies the journey towards a healthier lifestyle. It's an intimidating feeling everyone has had. My goal is to not only build your strength or lose the fat, but also to boost your confidence with your body and in your life.
All I need is your effort.
To those who once thrived in their former athleticism but have since fallen off the wagon, I offer a fresh perspective on training. As a former baseball player myself, and current all around athlete, it's always fun to talk about how you used to be, but there is still progress to be made in your body by training smarter now than when we were younger. No more generic programs and one-size-fits-all approaches to every athlete on the team. Instead, I provide comprehensive full-body assessments and customized training regimens designed to optimize your strengths and address your unique goals.
All I need is your effort.
At the core of my mission is the belief that motivation alone is temporary. It's necessary to turn that motivation into consistent action and commitment to healthy habits that yield lasting results. Starting is the hardest part and you obviously want to start. Take that first step and be the person you aspire to be.
All I need is your effort.

No, you do not need any prior training experience. Many people I work with are just getting started or are former athletes returning after time away from exercise. I meet you where you are and help you build a strong foundation step by step. Sessions are coached, structured, and designed to help you feel comfortable while learning proper movement and building consistency.

Yes. In fact, this is one of the most common reasons people reach out to me. I place a big emphasis on movement quality, joint health, and smart progressions. Training is adjusted based on your limitations while also working to improve them over time. You won’t be pushed through movements that don’t make sense for your body. The goal is to help you feel strong and capable again, becoming anti-fragile.

The assessment is about understanding how your body moves and functions. I assess the mobility and flexibility of all major joints (ankles, knees, hips, and shoulders) and how you move through key patterns like squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling, and rotation. We also talk through your training history, injuries, lifestyle, and goals. This gives me the information I need to create a plan that makes sense for you and can evolve as you progress.

That's up to you! Whether you want to perform better for your sport, be more confident in your body, or enjoy the long-term benefits of training we will work towards your individual goals. Injury prevention, movement quality, and joint health will always be addressed to build and sustain a resilient body.

All sessions take place in a private luxury gym, DIAKADI in San Francisco. I choose this environment intentionally because it allows me to coach without distractions. We are not dealing with crowds, waiting for equipment, or trying to squeeze into busy gym spaces. The setting makes it easier to focus on movement quality, proper technique, and steady progress.
